Yes. One set includes both the shifter and cup-holder trim cover and the separate 4WD selector trim cover. You receive two pieces when you order a quantity of one; no separate purchase is needed.

Does this shifter trim replace the Jeep center console?

No. These two ABS trim covers fit over the existing surfaces. They do not replace the console or shift mechanisms. Compare the console shape with the product photos before ordering.
