Standard-color parts come with the factory finish. For a custom color, our painter individually spray-paints the part using your selected color reference. The handwork refers to the spray-painted finish. Choose your part and fitment first, then check the available finish options: eligible small covers use a single color finish, while selected larger trim pieces offer Two-color gradient options. Custom finishes require production time before dispatch.

Screen swatches and color previews are references, not an exact paint-match guarantee. Lighting, screen settings and the finish can change how a color looks. If you want to coordinate several parts or match an existing color, contact us with your color reference before ordering.

Custom-painted products are made within 7 business days before dispatch. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 7–12 business days to the contiguous U.S. 48 states, or 10–20 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and other countries. Production and delivery are separate stages. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Dispatch location: China. Standard orders are processed within 3 business days; custom-painted products are made within 7 business days before dispatch. For the contiguous U.S. 48 states, delivery takes an estimated 7–12 business days after dispatch, with free shipping. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and other countries, shipping costs $10 per order and delivery takes an estimated 10–20 business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Carrier delays, customs clearance and peak periods may affect estimates. Read our Shipping Policy for full details.

Use the tracking number provided after dispatch on 17TRACK (https://www.17track.net/en) or the named carrier’s website. Initial scans may take several days to appear. For shipments handed to USPS, the USPS page may show limited information until USPS receives and scans the parcel; earlier international transport may not appear there. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or the parcel is past the stated delivery estimate, email info@jettoffroad.com with your order number and tracking number.

You may request a standard return within 30 calendar days of delivery for an unused, uninstalled product with all parts and original packaging. Custom or made-to-order colors are excluded from standard returns; approved claims for damaged, incorrect or defective items are handled separately. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not install an item that appears damaged or incorrect. We will review the issue and help arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.

Yes. JETT OFFROAD offers selected shifter trim, knob covers and window switch covers as individual sets, as well as larger interior and exterior trim kits. Check the package contents and fitment on each product page. If you want several sets in a coordinated custom color, contact us before ordering.

Regular Style is for the taller, deeply scalloped original AC and radio knobs. Thin Style is for the shallower, lower-profile knobs shown in the product photos. Compare your control panel with both style photos before ordering. The current standard-color listing offers Regular Style in Orange, Blue, Green, Red, Silver, Magenta, Purple and Black; Thin Style is available in Red, Blue, Silver, Black and Orange. Choose the style first, then a color offered for that style.

Yes, delivery is available to the Philippines and South Korea when the destination is offered at checkout. Orders ship from China. International shipping is $10 per order, with estimated transit of 10–20 business days after dispatch. Standard orders are processed within 3 business days; custom-painted products require up to 7 business days before dispatch. Processing and transit are separate. Yes, an order may be dispatched in more than one package. If your shipping notification lists separate tracking numbers, track each package individually because they may arrive on different days. Match each item to the tracking number in your email. If an item is missing or you are unsure which package it is in, email info@jettoffroad.com with your order number.

Do not assume they are interchangeable. Match the JK/JKU, JL/JLU or JT designation, the model year and the original control or console shape to the individual product listing. Some JL/JLU and JT accessories share a fitment range, while JK/JKU parts and 2024-onward interior layouts may require different parts.
