JETT OFFROAD carries parts for Wrangler JK/JKU, Wrangler JL/JLU and Gladiator JT, but each part has its own fitment range. Standard-color parts come with the factory finish. For a custom color, our painter individually spray-paints the part using your selected color reference. The handwork refers to the spray-painted finish. Choose your part and fitment first, then check the available finish options: eligible small covers use a single color finish, while selected larger trim pieces offer Two-color gradient options. Custom finishes require production time before dispatch.
Screen swatches and color previews are references, not an exact paint-match guarantee. Lighting, screen settings and the finish can change how a color looks. If you want to coordinate several parts or match an existing color, contact us with your color reference before ordering.
Custom-painted products are made within 7 business days before dispatch. Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 6–12 calendar days to the contiguous U.S. 48 states, or 10–20 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and other countries. Production and delivery are separate stages. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Dispatch location: China. Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days; custom-painted products are made within 7 business days before dispatch. For the contiguous U.S. 48 states, delivery takes an estimated 6–12 calendar days after dispatch, with free shipping with no minimum order. For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and other countries, shipping costs $10 per order and delivery takes an estimated 10–20 business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Order-status information is provided when available. Initial carrier updates may take several days to appear.
You may request a standard return within 30 calendar days of delivery for an unused, uninstalled product with all parts and original packaging. Custom or made-to-order colors are excluded from standard returns; approved claims for damaged, incorrect or defective items are handled separately. Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not install an item that appears damaged or incorrect. We will review the issue and help arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.
Yes. JETT OFFROAD offers selected shifter trim, knob covers and window switch covers as individual sets, as well as larger interior and exterior trim kits. Check the package contents and fitment on each product page. If you want several sets in a coordinated custom color, contact us before ordering.
