These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of jettoffroad.com and purchases from JETT OFFROAD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products and Vehicle Fitment

Many products are vehicle-specific. Before ordering, you are responsible for checking the listed model, year, body style, trim, dashboard or console layout, and any exclusions. Model-year transitions can contain different vehicle generations. Product photos and measurements are provided to help you compare your vehicle. If fitment is uncertain, contact us before ordering.

We try to describe products accurately, but colors and surface finishes may look different because of lighting, screens, or normal manufacturing variation. Minor packaging or non-functional design changes may occur without notice.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may cancel or refund an order before shipment if a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or a pricing or listing error occurred. If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected for that order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, Payment, Taxes, and Customs

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the website states otherwise. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are currently processed by PayPal. PayPal may allow eligible customers to pay using a PayPal account or supported card or funding source, subject to PayPal’s rules and availability in the customer’s country.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other government fees unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Currency conversion and card issuer fees may be charged by your payment provider.

Shipping and Delivery

In-stock standard items normally require 1–3 business days for processing. Custom-painted orders normally dispatch in approximately 7 days. Read the selected product option for any pre-order notice. Orders ship from China. After dispatch, normal transit is 8–12 calendar days for U.S. orders and 10–20 business days for other destinations. Processing or painting time is additional to transit time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, address problems, holidays, and events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

U.S. standard shipping is $5, with free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more after discounts to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. International standard shipping is generally $15 unless checkout shows another rate. Tracking is provided when available. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows a problem.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Orders that have already entered fulfillment or shipped may not be cancellable. Return eligibility, time limits, condition requirements, exclusions, and warranty information are described on our Shipping, Returns & FAQ page. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the applicable review or return process.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity under your account. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation, scrape the site in a manner that burdens our systems, make fraudulent purchases, or use the website in violation of law.

Intellectual Property

The JETT OFFROAD name, website design, original text, graphics, and other original content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party vehicle names and trademarks are used only to identify compatibility and belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided subject to the express descriptions and warranties stated on the site, and we disclaim other implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Proper installation and safe use are your responsibility. Stop using a product if it is damaged, obstructs vehicle controls or visibility, interferes with airbags or safety systems, or cannot be installed securely. Professional installation may be appropriate for some products.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by laws applicable to the transaction and the merchant, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights that apply in your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order unless law requires otherwise.
